We would like to thank you for making our trip to Bloomington even better. We attended the ASA Northern Nationals in July and had a hard time finding a place until the tournament director sent us to you. Our stay was so enjoyable due to the park like atmosphere and your friendly staff. We took advantage of the pool also. When I asked the hotel staff where I could find a laundromat they informed me that they had a washer and dryer I could use. This was so helpful. Once again thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality and I have been telling everyone if they go to Bloomington they should stay there.

We just recently stayed with you during the ASA National Softball Tournament. This was a great place for the softball team to relax, swim, play games in the courtyard and also great for the parents too. Your staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. I definitely would recommend this for a family to spend time here or a ballteam for a summer tourney. Thanks for a great experience.

John Greeulich (general manager) made our trip amazing. Not only did he cater to all our needs, he went out of his way to ask each athlete how their competition went each day. John even remembered the names of the children, grandparents and coaches. His staff at the Summer House Inn was a pleasure to be around. We recently stayed at your Summerhouse in (Bloomimgton) arriving July
18, as part of the South Gibson Babe Ruth team. We enjoyed our stay there
and the accomodations (park like atmosphere) were perfect for our group. We
really appreciate your help when we were stranded at the ball park due to
the severe storm that moved in. We have been recommending your Inn and
would stay there again if we were in Bloomington.

requested a roll-away bed and extra towels which were delivered within
minutes of our call. We had stayed at the inn before (under different
managent) and the improvement is remarkable. The extra touches, like the
cookies and flowers on Mother's Day were quite impressive. Thank you for
helping to make graduation week-end even more enjoyable.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a very nice time in Bloomington this
weekend. The employees that we dealt with were very accommodating and
helpful. They allowed us to use your eating area on Saturday night, as we
brought in pot luck for dinner. The fire pit was great fun also.

To The Summerhouse Inn-
Last Sunday I locked my keys in my car. To make matters worse, I was supposed to be in
Indianapolis in an hour. While trying not to worry too much, I asked the front desk for
assistance, and a gentleman (I believe his name was Charles) went above and beyond to
solve the problem- we were able to get the car door open after working with a coat hanger
for several minutes. I just wanted to let everyone know how great you guys are.
