Plan a night around the fire.  We'll provide the marshmallows and hot cocoa!  Let us know when you'd like to have your night around the fire and we'll be sure it has been lit and is burning bright, the marshmallows and toasting sticks will be laid out, and a carafe(or a few) of cocoa will be ready.

Assistant Group Coordinator

Are you trying to coordinate transportation or how you will get orientation packets to your attendees?  Let our staff ease your stress!  The staff at A SummerHouse Inn will happily put together your packets & get them to each attendees room before they arrive or work with a local transportation company to get people to and from your event.  Let us know what your needs and we will make it happen!

Team and Fan Rally

Treat your team and fans to a cookout!  We will organize and staff the event - just let us know what you'd like to see.  We can grill fresh burgers or hot dogs, build a bon fire and roast marshmallows, and provide lawn games!
